Nocturnal Adoration

The council’s next       Noct= urnal Adoration hour at St. John’s in Collingswood is scheduled for Thursday, December 6^th at 8:00 PM. Please make every effort= to join your brothers for this Santa Maria tradition.

The = Ladies Auxiliary would like to thank all the Knights who helped with their annual Bunco Night. Whether you tended bar, mopped the floor or just came to have = fun, thanks for your support!

Ladies Auxiliary

The Ladies meet on the 2^nd Wednesday of each month at 7:30= PM at the Council Hall. Please encourage your wife or daughters to join this group of ladies. Call Debbie (856) 858-5357 for more information.

Chair Lift

When a family member dies, please ask the funeral director to publish that in lieu of flowers, please make a memorial donation to S= anta Maria Council 1443, located at 350 Crystal Lake Avenue, Hadd= on Township, NJ 08033. This will= help us with our many charitable endeavors.

Santa Maria will have a Council Sing-a-long part= y on December 7^th.

Marriage Petition Drive

On the wee= kend of December 15^th and 16^th, after all masses at St. Ro= se of Lima Parish, a drive will be held to collect signatures for a marriage petition asking our state legislatures to pass an amendment to the NJ constitution defining marriage as the union of one man and one woman= . Fourth Degree Exempificat= ion

On Nov. 10th, FS Aaron Smith and John Schiavo recei= ved the honors of the   Fourth Degree. Congratulations Sir Knights.

Helping with food

Thank you = to Pat Cummings, the Ladies Auxiliary and all who helped with the Harvest F= ood Baskets. Brothers, the need for food has never been greater! Soon we will be preparing baskets for those in need at Christmas time. Please remember to b= ring something to council when you stop in. We thank you for your continued supp= ort. A v= ery big thank you goes out to our Hoagie Team for another outstanding sale and making of our now famous hoagies. There are many membe= rs who participate in this event and the Council thanks them for their time and talent. Great job!

Thank you to DGK Mike Weiglein and all who worked or attended the Memorial Commun= ion Breakfast. DD John Erwin, our= guest speaker, provided a very interesting talk on Knights who have made their ma= rk in the community.
